Please know we are still here for you.
We will abide by the Government of Alberta guidelines and follow their recommendations.
We need to keep our distance, which is so hard, as our interaction with each of our families is so much about caring and being near you, so you can feel our genuine support.
if your family wants to have a service, let's start with what the government says we are allowed:
We can host a service for your loved one, attended by 7 - 8 people. It can be hosted at the funeral home and/or at the gravesite. It can be videoed for family who cannot attend and then a USB will be made for you to share.
We are keeping it very simple, no fancy robots or drive-in style services. Everyone will be spaced out accordingly, especially if the family members or friends have traveled or you do not live under the same roof. Absolutely NO HUGGING or hand shakes.
Our staff will be masked and gloved, keeping us all safer.
If you know your loved one is passing, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at (403) 845-2626. We will go over a plan of how to proceed.
Depending on COVID-19 situation in our area, we might give you a folder with all the paperwork to be filled out in your home and returned to us, instead of coming in to the funeral home.
If it is possible to meet at the funeral home, we ask that only one or two family members come, and to call before coming so we can make sure that we have sanitized between visits.
Our family is committed to caring for your family regardless of race or religion. We provide attentive, compassionate service from the first phone call until long after the funeral is over.
We will help you plan a service, assist you with the many choices and provide support for you and your loved ones in your time of grief. We know every family is unique, and we strive to help you make each service a personal tribute.
