Mandelin, Tyler Joseph

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Tyler Joseph Mandelin ( Mandy, Gingy or Red) on Feb 21, 2021 at the age of 27. Tyler was born in Red Deer on Sept. 2, 1993 right on his due date. He lived in Caroline his entire life, where he graduated high school. Tyler went on to work many different jobs from laborer, welders helper, to running equipment.

Tyler had a love for hockey, baseball, dirt biking, camping, snowboarding, and wakeboarding. He enjoyed many camping trips at Glennifer Lake and BC with family and friends. Tyler had a passion for creating and building anything he put his mind to. He could always be found tinkering in his welding shop he built or working on new projects; his favorite saying was " what'd you break now mom?". He often enjoyed a wide variety of music that could be heard for miles.

He will be remembered for his crazy hair, infectious laugh and great sense of humour.

Tyler is survived by his parents, Charlene and Kelvin Mandelin; Sister Lindsay (Brock) McKnight; Grandma Margaret Martyniuk, aunts, uncles, cousins and lifetime friends.

Tyler is predeceased by his Grandpa Joe Martyniuk, Grandparents Grace and Norman Mandelin.

At this time, there will be no service, the family hopes to have a celebration of Tyler's life later this year.

Memorial donations in Tyler’s name may be made to the Caroline Minor Hockey.
