Obituary
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce our beloved mom and Nana Elsa Mae Bailey (Collicutt) passed away April 19, 2024, surrounded by family.
Elsa was the heart and soul of our family. She raised her children Amanda Bailey (Justin), Candace Bailey-Payne (George), Derrick Bailey (Melodi), many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other adopted family members. She will be greatly missed.
Family and friends are invited to join us for a final goodbye to Elsa at Rocky Funeral Home on May 3, 2024 at 11 am.
