It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Grant Beverley Allen on July 5, 2024. Grant was born on February 19, 1940, in Cowansville, Quebec.
Grant is survived by his loving wife Louise and his first wife Margaret; his 3 sons Greg (Lynn), Kim (Ermie), Les (Tammy); his grandchildren, Kyle, Morgan (Nevada), Aidan, Kyran (Samantha) and Shelby.
Grant was the only child of Herbert and Eleanor Allen. He grew up in the village of East Farnham and worked for the CP Rail and US Rail before moving out West in 1987 and never looking back.
Grant met Louise, the love of his life in 1982, and they spent many adventures together. Grant enjoyed simple country living and was a jack of all trades. His passion was hunting, fishing and enjoying the outdoors with his golden Labs. He also loved to write poetry and had a huge garden every year.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cancer Society or the SPCA.
