Brian Michael Metson

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Brian Metson announces his passing on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at the age of 73. Brian passed away peacefully at the Rocky Mountain House Hospital.

Many will remember Brian in all his years with Modern Electric and then, after a few years back in the UK doing ice carving, when he had Brian Metson Electrical. He had such a pleasant and friendly personality and was loved by many. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandad and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Brian is survived by his loving wife Gillian, daughter Samantha (Steven), son Steven (Kassandra), 3 grandsons, Drew, Leon and Lawrence, and the expected arrival to Steven and Kassandra of a new grandson. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Linda (Ian) and Julie (John) and many relatives in the UK.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations in Brian’s name may be made to the Parkinson’s Association of Alberta.
