Obituary

Pike, Geraldine

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Geraldine Norma Pike (nee Nelson). Geraldine passed away peacefully at the Rocky Hospital on October 13th, 2023 at the age of 80.
Geraldine was predeceased by her husband, Jack; her parents, Norman and Esther Nelson, and her brother Dale; her first husband Raymond Mann; brother and sister in-laws; Gordon and Doreen, Robert (Bob) and Alleda, Ralph, Francis and Maxine, Vic and Kelsey, and Kathy; as well as her Mother and Father in-law; Frank and Marjorie Pike.

She is survived by her children Doug (Tammie), Yvonne (Doug), Roger (Shawn), Blaine (Sasha), Susie (Roy), 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She is also survived by her sister in-law Marg, and brother in-law Keith, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Geraldine loved life, family, and friends. She loved the outdoors and family gatherings. Mom will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

My condolences to all family members on the passing of both Jack and Geraldine. "Way leads on to way," and it is with sadness that I lost direct contact through the years. However, when I think of Jack and Geraldine, I remember that where the two of them travelled, fun and laughter also travelled. They were awesome people!
