Tammy Cote:

Dear Eldora
I have been thinking of you and Roman. Remembering our great visits. And appreciating the things I learned from Roman - when likely I should have been the subject matter expert. Loved our visits about your many travels, your family, fishing and gardening. Take good care. And call any time. Hugs

Steve and Sarah Cubby:

I just learned of Roman’s passing and send my condolences to Eldora and your family. Roman was always such a friendly man and his smiles will be very much missed. You are in our prayers

Larry Martin:

To Eldora and family

I just heard about the passing of Roman. So sorry to hear about this. My deepest sympathy to you and all your family. When I first started the Isley Family Tree I had spoken to Roman for a least and hour on the phone from Ontario. Thank goodness for a long distance calling card, and I obtained a lot of family information and history from him. He was so helpful. My prayers are with you and your family.
Take care
Larry Martin
Grandson of Emma Isley

Cathy kowal:

So sorry for your loss. He was a great husband, father, brother to my dad and I’m sure a great baba. I’m sure he’s now in heaven chatting it up with mom and dad. He’s now in no pain and in gods gardens.
Take care Kowal family. So sad due to covid we couldn’t share a big hug, but keep in mind it’s coming from away and you are all on my mind.
Condolences from rick and Janice as well in this message.

Ella Lathe:

I have many memories of times spent with Roman and Eldora and family. Don and Roman were both avid fishermen and both enjoyed sharing stories together. Another good friend is gone.

Sid & Joanne Cottell:

Eldora & family, our sincere sympathy. I enjoyed my conversations and visits with Roman. He was always ready to discuss the politics of the day and many travel adventures. He was a wonderful, considerate & helpful next door neighbour. He will be missed.

Al and Donna Kowal:

We send you all Heartfelt love.
We can not express the disappointment in that we can not be present at my Brothers Funeral. The circumstance of these times and the health risks associated with travel will not permit us to be there in person.
Donna and I are with you in spirit and via a remote presence as we watch the streaming video feed.
Again we send hugs and love to you Eldora, along with Karen, Raymond, Art and Linda
My God grant Roman eternal peace and joy in heaven.
Al and Donna.

Ernie and Loretta Malanowich:

What a Great Man, I met Roman back in the 70s when i worked for him at Amoco. It was during this time that both he and Don Lathe would take and steer me in the right direction. Truly enjoyed the visits we shared and listened to Wilf Carter music and other favorites of Romans. I am so happy that Ella Lathe and i had the opportunity to visit with Roman and Eldora earlier. Our Deepest Sympathy goes out to the Kowal Family during this difficult time. He will always be in my heart.
Ernie and Loretta

Deepest sympathy to all the Kowal families. Many precious memories of times spent between the Kowal family and the Pankewicz family. Those memories will be held close to my heart. I know that Mr Rowan was met with open arms by my parents, Fred and Heather. They now will share all their memories. Hopefully Dad and Mr Rowan don't talk Ukrainian so that my Mom doesn't understand all those crazy times between Mr Rowan and my Dad. RIP Mr Rowan and thanks for all those times together that we shared that are more precious memories.

Michele Linton:
