Obituary

Candace Crawler-Waskewitch made her journey to the spirit world on December 22, 2022.
She was a young woman with a big heart and was willing to help anyway she can when she was called upon. She always finished what she started at her own pace.
She attended Ta-Otha School and also attended Elk Point, AB. School briefly in 1989 – 1990, also Chief Taylor School in Onion Lake, Saskatchewan. She got her pre-trades certificate in carpentry from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, she was also at the top of her class in Alberta Basic Security Training and received her certification, she also loved to cook and enrolled into Lethbridge College and did her practicum at the Horse Shoe Café in Onion Lake, Saskatchewan and her certification in culinary arts as a front line cook. Candace was attending Academy of Learning Red Deer Campus and working toward her diploma in Business Management right up to her passing. She was also getting cast as an extra in a television series that was being filmed in Red Deer, AB. She was a fancy Dancer from tiny tots up to her late teens.
She is survived by her seven children, Dakota, Georgia Vee, Jessence, Xavier, Canjes, Eugene and Adan. Her parents Glen Waskewitch and Mary Crawler. Her siblings, Fergus (Lynn), Frederick (Kris), Quentin (Olisha), Manny, Ariel (Daryl). One half-sister Veronica (Daniel). Adopted Father Peter Johnson. Uncles Martin (Colleen) Waskewitch, Earl Waskewitch, Auntie Trina (Tommy) Waskewitch. Uncles Floyd (Yolanda) Crawler, Shane (Vanessa) Crawler, Keon (Evalina) Crawler, Robert (Benita) Crawler, Jackie (Clarence) Lefthand, Sonya Hunter, Amanda (Liam) Crawler, Fiona (Kyle) Crawler, Errol Crawler. Also, numerous nephews and nieces and adopted brothers and sisters to many to mention.
Pre-deceased by, maternal great grandparents Isaiah and Georgie Crawler, Tom and Nancy Poucette, grandparents Rosie Crawler and Norman Poucette. Uncles Clayton, Vernon. Great uncle Jack Crawler. Paternal great grandparents Sam and Nancy Waskewitch, David and Mary Ann Jimmy Sr., paternal grandparents Fred and Angelina Waskewitch, Uncle Elric Waskewitch, Aunties Lorna Waskewitch, Lequinna Waskewitch.
