Funeral services for the late Fred Grievson Pattison will be held at the Bethel Union Church in Leslieville, Alberta on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow at the Leslieville Cemetery.

Pattison, Fred
1939-2020
With family by his side, Fred Grievson Pattison passed away peacefully on February 26, 2020 in Rimbey, Alberta at the age of 80 years.
Fred was born on March 18, 1939 in Red Deer, Alberta to Stanley and Ruth Pattison.
Fred attended school at Wolf, Withrow and Leslieville. At the age of 16 he left school to start working in Calgary, Alberta. From there, he went on to work for Skocdopole Construction, Swain Oil and Homestead Oil. In 1974 Fred left the oil patch to follow his true love of farming and continued to farm until his failing health required him to finally let his son George take over.
Fred is lovingly survived by his wife of 59 years Donna, his children: Stan (Marie), Lyle (Connie), George (Carey), and Louise Ahlstrom (Vernon); his grandchildren: Jill (Levi), Jennafer (Julien), Ryan (Alex), Tyler (Kaylyn), Wade, Samantha, Alyssa and his great grandson Brantley; his siblings: Marilylle Soveran, Will (Marion), Anne Gray (Ernie), Ken (Shirley); brothers and sisters in-law: Eddie Bott (Dorothy), Myrtle Finkbeiner, Max Bott (Mary), Anne Bott and Isabel Bott.
Fred was predeceased by his parents Stan and Ruth Pattison, his parents-in-law Fred and Keitha Bott and numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for the late Fred Grievson Pattison will be held at the Bethel Union Church in Leslieville, Alberta on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow at the Leslieville Cemetery.

I first met Fred when Mom, Dad, and I moved to Alberta. A warm, kind, and thoughtful man, he was so easy to talk to, and always had a smile and a hug. I can picture him, sitting with Mom and Dad, and all those who have gone before, talking, laughing and sharing stories, and I smile at the thought. Warm hugs and love to all.
