It is with heavy hearts that the family of Daren Anderson announce his passing on Jan. 18, 2024 at the Rocky Mountain House Hospital at the age of 58.
Daren was born Dec. 11, 1965 in Whitewood, SK to Rene and Joe Anderson and was the youngest of 8 children. The family moved to Saskatoon in 1967 where he was raised. After finishing high school, Daren moved to Alberta where he worked for a while before returning to Saskatoon in 1987 when he met the love of his life, Lori Belick. They were married Aug. 4, 1990 and 2 months later moved back to Alberta making Rocky Mountain House their home. Their daughter Kaylee was born in 1991 and son Brett in 1993. Between 2017-2022 Daren became a grandpa to 5 beautiful grandchildren who were his pride and joy. Daren loved his family with his whole heart.
Daren was predeceased by his parents Rene and Joe Anderson, brother Duncan Anderson, sisters Donna Chapple and Darcey Courtright, brother in law Danny Courtright, nephew Justin Courtright, mother in law Laura Belick and father in law Ernie Goulet.
He is survived by his loving wife Lori, daughter Kaylee (Cole) Buchberger, Rya, Hayz and Shayd; son Brett (Caity) Anderson, Kayson and Taylynn; brothers Wayne Anderson, Dave (Deb) Anderson, sisters Debra Gecse, Denise (Don) Anderson; brother in law Mike Belick; numerous nieces, nephews,and friends; and his loyal dog Gage.
A celebration of life for Daren will be held at the Rocky Church of the Nazarene in Rocky Mountain House, AB on January 26, 2024 at 1:00 pm.

We were so very greatful to spend some of Daren’s last days with him although it’s hard our time together with him and his family will be forever cherished!
