In Loving Memory of Cindy Patricia Phillips
Cindy Patricia Phillips, a cherished soul whose life was adorned with love, laughter, and resilience, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2024 with her daughters by her side in Rocky Mountain House, AB at the age of 66. Born in Oyen, Alberta on April 15, 1957, Cindy embarked on a journey filled with adventure and warmth.
In her youth, Cindy found a love as pure as the morning dew in the arms of Tim Phillips, who preceded her in death. Their bond, though cut short, remains an eternal testament to the power of young love.
Throughout her life, Cindy embraced the nomadic rhythm of the oilfield, journeying through many places in Alberta with her beloved family. Amidst the transient nature of their lifestyle, Cindy found solace and joy in the company of her sisters, sharing laughter, tears, and an unbreakable bond that transcended miles.
A devoted mother, Cindy's love knew no bounds as she nurtured and cherished her daughters, instilling in them the values of kindness, perseverance, and compassion.
Cindy's green thumb and passion for gardening blossomed into a lifelong love affair with flowers. Her garden was not just a patch of earth but a canvas upon which she painted colors of joy and beauty, reflecting the vibrancy of her spirit.
Above all, Cindy found immense joy and pride in her grandchildren, who were the light of her life and the embodiment of her legacy.
As we bid farewell to Cindy Phillips, let us remember her for the love she shared, the lives she touched, and the beauty she cultivated in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her spirit continue to bloom in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
Cindy will be lovingly remembered by her daughters and their families Kristi Phillips (Calvin Jewell, Brent Hay) and children Jaiden, William and Abram, Amanda Reich (Evan) and children Enid and Dottie. Sisters Diana (Warren) Randall, Theresa (Barry) Boyer, Bonita (Jim) Jensen. Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Predeceased by her husband Tim Phillips, parents Helen and Herb Glenn, stepmother Verna Glenn, sister Linda Glenn, brother in law Hugo Fiset, nephew Colin Fiset and great niece Darian Randall.
To honor her wishes, no funeral service will be held.
