Mary Robertson :
It saddens me to see the passing of Lloyd. My family grew up right beside his house. He was such a fantastic neighbor and I will not fogey his kindness when both my parents passed away. In fact I nominated him with the Mountaineer for the good neighbor of the week because of it. He was a good man and I am sorry for your loss :(
Brenda and Deanna, so sorry for the loss of your father. My thoughts and prayers to both of you and your family. Fond and happy memories!
To Brenda, Deanna, and families. With deepest sympathy and heartfelt sorrow to all of you for your loss of a father, grandfather, friend and most of all one of the nicest people that I got to know while working out at the Strachan gas plant. He was a fair and likeable boss. May you cherish all of your fond memories of your Dad and keep them close to your heart. God Bless, Larry Holkestad.
To the family of Lloyd: What a great guy Lloyd was! He, through his excellent leadership and overall goodness and kindness, provided me with a very positive experience through my fairly short time at Strachan Gas Plant. He taught me lessons that helped me through life. Lloyd was a great neighbour, friend and overall person. Condolences to you all and may we all carry on Lloyd's legacy of goodness and kindness.
So sorry for your loss. Lloyd was such a faith filled man. Always said “hi” and shared a smile as he left mass on Saturday night. Very quiet, but a big presence that will be missed. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Was a great guy to work with and for. Always made sure all who worked at Strachan were well looked after. Always the people first!
My thoughts are with Brenda, Deanna and all their family.
Lloyd was a mentor to so many of us at Strachan over the years, always helpful and always fair. Rest in peace L.W.K.
