Diana Catherine McGrath
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Diana Catherine McGrath (Law) March 2, 2024, at the age of 67.
She will be remembered and missed by her loving husband Garry McGrath of 50 years.
Three siblings Jimmy Law (Spouse), Marlene Law (Sonny Corea), Susan Law. Her children Gina McGrath, Scott McGrath (Corrina Ross), Nadine McGrath (Curtis Bandravala), Eight Grandchildren Alyssa, Jordan, Marleigh, Jacob, Neila, TJ, Autumn and Tyra, One Great Grandchild Jet. Many nieces and nephews and numerous brothers and sisters-in-laws.
Diana was predeceased by her (Father) James William Law and (Mother) Marion Pearl Law her (Father-in- laws) Clayton Earnest McGrath and Robert William Maupin, (Mother-in-Law) Sally Anne Maupin.
Diana had many accomplishments include star of the baseball team in high school, winning first place at the Calgary stampede, a remarkable Hairdresser, Caterer, Housekeeper, Sister, Cousin, Auntie, Friend, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and the Matriarch of the whole family.
Diana's Hobbies include Dancing, Cooking, Socializing, Bird watching, Babies, Singing, Entertaining, and Arranging big family gatherings.
Funeral Service to be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday March 9, 2024 at the Rocky Church of the Nazarene, Rocky Mountain House, AB.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Diana’s name may be made to a local charity of the donors’ choice.

Sincere condolences to Garry and family. We are so sorry for your loss. Diana and Garry were the first people I met on Lola side late husband Ron, Garry’s brother. The first time I went with Lola I was really nervous supposed to go just for a quick visit finally stay 3 days. Diana will be very miss we loved her very much and Garry..Every time we went there we were treated like brother and sister. Lola and I have so many memories in the last 14 years + . I will always remember for Diana, she always call me her frenchman. Lola and I are so grateful that she was in our life. She called faithfully to chat and make us laugh and always stayed in touch.

She was a happy on the go person with many fingers on the pulse of the family - altho we didn't see her often she never changed.
