Teresa Marjorie Adams
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Teresa Marjorie Adams on July 9, 2026, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital, at the age of 86.
Teresa was born on June 4, 1940, in Egham, Surrey, England. After completing advanced secretarial studies, she joined the Royal Air Force in 1959 and went on to enjoy a distinguished 33-year career in Civil Service, working with the Air Force, Army, Navy and RCMP.
In 1960, Teresa met the love of her life, Wayne Adams, while working at a local theatre. They were married on December 2,1961 and shared more than 64 years together.
Teresa is lovingly remembered by her husband Wayne Adams, her three sons Tim Adams, Tod (Ann) Adams, Trevor (Arlene) Adams. Her Grandchildren Jesse and Racheal. Her Brother Brian (Val) Adams, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Teresa was predeceased by her parents and grandparents.
Teresa will be remembered for her spicy personality, no-nonsense attitude, wonderful sense of humor, and her love of sports and dogs. No matter where life took her, Teresa faithfully attended church every Sunday. It was through her lifelong faith that she developed her deep love of gospel music, which remained a source of comfort and joy throughout her life. She lived a life of dedication to her family, her career, and the people she loved.
The family extended their heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Red Deer Regional Hospital for the compassionate care Teresa received.

Rose (Frazer) Kuest a.k.a. Tank:
My sweet dear friend Terry a.k.a. Pepper. We have known each other for 50 years but the memories are still as fresh as yesterday when we two where on the baseball field. I will miss you. My heart is with you Wayne and the boys. I love you all.
Sarah Mallen:
I'm so sorry to hear about Pepper's passing. She became a semi-member of our family while we lived in Downsview. My sister, Rosie, and her played baseball together. She became the unofficial Godmother to my nephew, Aaron, who called her Auntie S********d.
Northern Crossing Music & Drama Society :
Teresa was a member of Northern Crossing Music & Drama Society for a few years, singing in our Christmas Concert. Her cheerful face and witty humor was great. Thank you Teresa for sharing your gift of song with us all.
Sincerely, Northern Crossing Music & Drama Society
Melinda Wiebe:
I cannot find the words to express how saddened I am to learn of Terry’s passing. She was the spitfire in my Wednesday mornings. Her sharp wit kept us all on our toes. Her dedication to our boxing program helped motivate me on my worst of days. She was a real pleasure to coach and I will miss her dearly. My condolences to Wayne and your boys. I’m sorry I can’t be there in-person to give you a hug.
AGIE Watson and Kieth Belanger:
So sorry for your loss. We enjoyed seeing Terri at boxing every Monday and Wednesday. We loved her mischievous smile and how hard she worked at boxing. She will be deeply missed.
Grace Sheasby:
We are neighbours who enjoyed chatting while walking our pets. Always a smile and wave on their way to exercise. Terry told me about her daily exercising and kick boxing. Her battle with Parkinson’s was not going to stop her.
